Marsh McLennan Agency appoints significant leaders
A business appoints two industry veterans to new leadership positions
Two appointments to newly created national leadership posts have been made public by Marsh McLennan Agency.
Kate Moher has been elevated to president of national employee health and benefits, while Denise Perlman has been promoted to president of national business insurance.
Moher will be headquartered in Minneapolis, while Perlman will be in Richmond, Virginia. Both will answer to Bill Jeatran, Marsh McLennan Agency’s president.
Both practices’ earnings have more than quadrupled since Kate and Denise took over, according to Jeatran. They have gained the respect of both our customers and coworkers because to their persistent dedication to innovation and strong ability to spot market trends. We are eager to see how their imaginative leadership will take our products to new heights as they begin their new positions as presidents of our employee health and benefits division and business insurance division, respectively.
As executive vice president of business insurance and national alliances, Perlman joined the organization in 2018. According to the firm, she collaborated closely in that capacity with regional Marsh McLennan Agency executives and Marsh McLennan operating entities to implement business insurance development initiatives.
As the CEO of the nation’s employee health and benefits practice, Moher joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2018. She established the practice’s short- and long-term strategic direction for organic development in that capacity. She collaborated with her Marsh McLennan colleagues to implement major projects and promote innovation.
The advancements occur at a time when Marsh McLennan Agency is expanding. One of the biggest independent insurance firms in the nation, HMS Insurance Associates, was purchased by the corporation in January. It bought McDonald Zaring Insurance, located in Washington state, in December.
